How long does shipping take?
Sweden: 1-3 business days*
Europe: 3-14 business days*
USA: 1-5 business days.
Everywhere Else: 7-20 business days. In some cases longer due to extended customs processing times.

Please note! I'm NOT responsible for lost or damaged packages shipped without tracking. Shipping with tracking is highly recommended.
Can I return the makeup I bought?
Unfortunately, I can not accept returns due to hygiene reasons. However, if you have any issues with your order please contact us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve the issue.
When will my order ship?
Please allow 2-7 business days for your order to process. The X-Bite Proof Lipsticks are processed and shipped out every Friday. I appreciate your patience. Once an order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation. Please wait 24-48 hours after the shipping confirmation to update the tracking information.
Why does it says "No shipment found" when I'm trying to track my package?
Our budget friendly shipping option "Standard No tracking" offered in our EU Store does not come with tracking info so therefore the shipping confirmation number is not trackable, but no worry, your order is in good hands on the way to you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once an order is processed it cannot be cancelled and/or modified as we strive to mail out your orders as quickly as possible. Please be sure your order is accurate before completing your purchase.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
We are not responsible for paying customs fees. Even if we wanted to, customs fees are for the customer to pay as per their country's regulations. Please look up your country's laws. If your package is returned to us for any reason we cannot give you a refund.
Shopping from EU or the UK, please order from our EU Store to avoid customs fees.
